I trained for five years at the Northern Guild, including providing a Psychotherapy service at a GP surgery one day a week, and set up my private practice in January 2016.
My therapy is humanistic and based on Transactional Analysis which I integrate with a creative, relational style. I enjoy working with clients to give them a unique and personal experience focusing on their needs.

Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in the session and therefore I abide by the UKCP Code of Ethics.
All my work is appropriately supervised in accordance with the UKCP guidelines. I have undergone long-term, intensive psychotherapy of my own, which I consider necessary and important when offering counselling to others.
