I am a qualified psychotherapist working in Aberdeen, offering psychotherapy for adults, couples counselling, and intimate partners therapy.
I can help you explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Together we will work to navigate and manage your difficulties, with the ultimate aim of enhancing your sense of self and in turn, enabling you to lead a fuller and more satisfying life.

I trained for five years at the Northern Guild, including providing a Psychotherapy service at a GP surgery one day a week, and set up my private practice in January 2016.
Psychotherapy
My therapy is humanistic and integrative, based on Transactional Analysis which I integrate with a creative, relational style. I enjoy working with clients to give them a unique and personal experience focusing on their needs.
My work
All my work is appropriately supervised in accordance with the UKCP guidelines. I have undergone long-term, intensive psychotherapy of my own, helping offer a reflective and supportive approach.
